I tend to be a bit of a grazer during the day, often eating several snacks throughout the day instead of three big meals. This is especially true on the days when I’m home all day, and know that my husband will not be home for dinner. I usually include snacks into our weekly meal planning and prep, but since we’ve had Bonnie, I just have not wanted to take the time to do that. As a result, I’ve been in a little bit of a snack rut lately. And Andrew has noticed too, often mentioning that he wishes we had some good snacks on hand.
We almost always have things like apples, bananas, nuts, and carrots on hand for quick snacking, but every now and then, it is nice to have a little something special. So here’s a list of ten nutritious, PCOS-appropriate snacks that are simple to whip up!
