Tomorrow begins my favorite time of year: The Advent season. In a world that is so distracted from God, in a culture and country that seem so anti-God, I enter Advent season this year with a heavy heart. For Christians this is a season of expectant waiting. We are waiting on Christ. And when we wait for him, when we turn our eyes toward Him, the things of this earth grow small and dim. And we wait for the Gift that is greater than any this world could have ever deamed.
