Well, I’m still not quite hip enough to have an Instagram account, or a Twitter account. I guess those days are coming eventually… maybe?
But one thing I finally did is create a Facebook page for the blog. This was one of my goals for 2015. I know a lot of you who read the blog are friends with me on my personal Facebook page, which is great! However, I do plan on posting PCOS and fertility-specific things on the new Facebook page. These are things I would not ever post on my personal page, but things I feel should be shared somewhere.
Over time, if there seems to be any significant amount of activity and interest in the new Facebook page, I’d like to create a group as well: a support group that will allow us to build one another up, hold one another accountable, and share helpful info with, etc. But for now, we’ll just start with a Facebook page.
Baby steps here, people.
I’m a slow learner.
Now moving on to something far more blog-worthy than Facebook…
I’m not quite sure what my vision for this blog is in the new year. My life has changed so much, and I have changed so much, since I started the blog, and since having Bonnie. But at my core I am still the same, and my focus is still similar to what it was when I started this blog: following Christ daily, supporting my husband through school (and beyond… if he ever gets “beyond!) and being as healthy as I can be for myself, my hubby, my fertility, and now my daughter. Healthy spiritually, emotionally, and of course physically.
Even though I’m very much the same me that I was a year ago, I am also very much changed. My whole life has changed in such a wonderful, challenging, amazing way. And although I’m not sure how, I figure that will be reflected in the blog somehow.
But for now, here’s to a happy, hope-filled NEW YEAR!!!
